These Terms and Conditions describe the terms for using FlowDesk Pro intake, lead review, contact, follow-up, and automation request workflows operated by Apropos Group LLC.

Use of FlowDesk Pro

FlowDesk Pro may be used to submit business intake requests, appointment or callback requests, support questions, automation inquiries, inbound lead details, missed-call follow-up needs, and related service coordination information. Users agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the service.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: FlowDesk Pro SMS Notifications

Program description: FlowDesk Pro sends transactional SMS notifications related to inbound leads, missed calls, appointment/status updates, customer-response workflow activity, and account-related alerts.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

Users opt in to SMS by checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on the FlowDesk Pro website, account signup flow, dashboard notification settings, or customer intake setup form where available. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for help.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No Guarantee of Availability

FlowDesk Pro may be updated, paused, or changed as the service evolves. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
