SMS Consent / Messaging Terms

FlowDesk Pro SMS Notifications are transactional text messages for opted-in users. Messages may relate to inbound leads, missed calls, appointment/status updates, customer-response workflow activity, and account-related alerts.
Who Receives SMS Messages
Only users who provide explicit SMS consent through a FlowDesk Pro website form, account signup flow, dashboard notification setting, or customer intake setup form should receive FlowDesk Pro SMS notifications.
How Users Opt In
Users opt in by checking a clearly labeled optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked. SMS consent is not required to create an account, complete a purchase, submit an intake request, or use FlowDesk Pro's primary service.
Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency varies based on account activity and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
- Reply STOP to opt out or cancel SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Where dashboard notification settings are available, users may also disable SMS alerts there.
